Who is SweepMargin Pro for?
Owners and estimators at independent commercial-cleaning businesses preparing recurring service bids, especially office-cleaning jobs. Use your own walkthrough estimates and costs. This is not scheduling software, a CRM, or a source of cleaning leads.
Does it recommend local market rates?
No. The price comes from your inputs and target operating margin. All starting values are illustrative. Floor area does not generate labor hours. Review scope, actual costs, and customer expectations before sending a quote.
How do client proposals work?
Enter your business and client details, scope, exclusions, and any applicable sales-tax rate. Preview the client-facing proposal and use your browser’s print dialog to print it or save it as PDF. Internal wages, overhead, and profit calculations are kept out of the client proposal.
Which devices and currencies work?
The offline tool is intended for current desktop browsers. Currency labels include USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, AED, and SAR. Selecting a currency changes denomination labels only; it does not convert exchange rates.
Is there a subscription or cloud account?
No subscription is required. Purchase covers version 1 for use within one business. The downloaded tool needs no account and does not upload your estimates. Moving saved work between browsers or devices requires exporting and importing a backup.
Who created SweepMargin?
SweepMargin is created by Junaid Mustafa. The calculator’s formulas are explained on the free calculator page, with an illustrative example in the office-cleaning bid guide. It is an independent product and is not endorsed by ISSA.
